The car was far below expectations. We did not get the model hired. The car was old (58k kilometers) holes and stains on the seats. Clearly we got the oldest car on stock. No value for money. I will not hire there again

Booking worked well ,on par with other sites. Did not notice any price drop protector

They did not try to sell any extra insurance which was good, very friendly staff and no waiting around, They use drop off system that worked like clockwork, once we found the guy picking us up. The car was not brand new but was clean and everything worked. They were quite a small operation which helped re waiting time but not much choice of cars if that is important to you. Would use again.

Pas de bureau dans le terminal comme indiqué sur le bon de location. Notre avion a atterri à 8h mais il a fallut attendre 9h car location prévue que pour 9h sauf que personnel De l’agence était en retard ou a oublié alors au bout de 20 min avons dû téléphoner et 10 min après un Mr est arrivé pour nous emmener jusqu’à L’agence à 10min. Ensuite cela c’est bien passé : personnel gentil et papier fait rapidement, véhicule impeccable. Lors du départ restitution du véhicule dans un autre endroit soit au port mais le ferry partant à 4h on m’a demandé 26€ En liquide car l’agence était fermée à cette heure la. 26€ non précisé sur le bon de location!! Nous avons dû rentrer dans le ferry et laisser les 26€ ainsi que les clés dans la boîte à gants car personnel non présent sur le quai à notre arrivée comme convenu lors du coup de téléphone de la veille. Au final il nous a téléphoné vers 4h15 nous disant qu’il était sur le quai et qu’il avait trouvé l’argent et les clés sans problème! MOYEN! MOYEN!

The car was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. A bit of confusion when I returned the vehicle earlier than the original booking time, even though I phoned to pre-arrange it, but that just meant waiting an extra 10 minutes so it wasn't a big deal. Very pleasant surprise that the vehicle was an actual Nissan Note and not a cheap equivalent (Fiat etc)

An easy booking experience. Not my first time using easyrentcars.com but still a good impression of their process.
