I asked to add an additional driver. They didn't inform me about the extra charge; they just said OK, took the driver's information, and processed it. Then, when I was billed, they charged my card directly, assuming I should know this?! How am I supposed to know there's an additional fee for adding a driver? This was my first time adding a driver.
Very deceptive. There was no clear notice about the high charges for exceeding 750 kilometers. I rented for 3 days and exceeded by 260 kilometers, resulting in an additional charge of 258 euros. Terrible platform and rental company.
Initially, the order was confirmed in France, but the pickup location was very far. When I almost arrived, they suddenly informed me that there were no cars available, and I had to call them to find this out. Are you kidding me?
Do not rent from this company, it's extremely risky! My experience was that despite booking the car a month in advance and paying a deposit, they claimed there was an error with the ZuZuCar order and did not reserve the car for us, wasting an entire day. Up to now, there has been no apology.
Not enough staff. The waiting time was quite long.
