Extremely dissatisfied. The staff didn't speak English, the service was inefficient, and the outdated POS system couldn't process our credit cards, so we couldn't pick up the car.
The car was in good condition, with over 8000 kilometers on it when we picked it up. We had just enough space for three large suitcases with three people. If we had four people, there wouldn't have been room for the luggage.

Pickup was a little confusing as rental company does not have an office located at the airport, however we were picked up and taken to car promptly. Car presented was clean (an older model but in pristine condition). Drop off was very simple, we just had to take car where we picked it up and the agency came and collected it. Highly recommended

no counter at the airport. we had to call agency to be picked up. once picked up they drove us to a gas station nearby and handed over the car. return was at the same gas station. correct process
