When renting, the ADDCAR RENTAL front desk staff pushed their insurance on me. I declined twice, but they still forced me to buy it, making me unjustly pay 518BGN (Lev). The deposit of 600BGN took more than 20 days to be refunded.
The car was very new and the staff was very friendly. When returning the car in Tallinn, the young man who picked up the car contacted us, came directly to the hotel to inspect the car, and took it back. Very warm and thoughtful, and gave us a ride to the port on the way.
