Terrible company! They extorted £400 from me for a scratch! Scam! Thieves! Initially demanded £1000! For the same scratch, other companies did not charge me. This company is shamelessly greedy! Hypocritical smiling Brits! Thieves! Damn it! Return my money! What pride do you take in extorting poor students?!

The only problem we had with the car was a flat tyre on the motorway. Which as the car did not have a spare tyre resulted in a three hour wait at the side of the motorway and we had get the tyre replaced at a cost of 204 pounds. As we had paid for zero excess this was refunded by the hire company. Some to think about when hiring a car. Arnold Clark were helpful and the service was quick and efficient.
The car ran really well and I enjoyed driving it a lot.
James the agent we met with upon car Pick up was so helpful and informative. He gave us lots of very useful information. The whole experience was terrific!
