The car matched the booking car. Rental process was seamless. We returned the car 2 days before the expected return date, and we hope to get a refund for the two days not used.

Booking process was good. Hopefully I can get back the two days for my earlier return of the car.
The location is just a 5-minute drive from Christchurch Airport, very quick. When picking up the car, you need a NZD 2500 pre-authorization, hoping it will be refunded quickly. If the vehicle gets damaged, they will deduct NZD 2500 and then refund based on actual repair costs, which feels a bit unsettling. Not sure about the efficiency of New Zealanders, whether it will take a long time or not.
The initial car was a 2017 model and we found issues after 2 days of driving. We reported to the company and showed them the video clip as proof, the company replaced us with a new car of the same model That made our trip more pleasant. Thank you!
