I paid the full amount for the rental on ZUZUCHE. When I went to pick up the car, they said I hadn't paid and asked for an additional 200+ USD. After a half-hour delay, they realized it was their mistake and finally gave me the car. The car had only two bars of fuel, over 50,000 kilometers, was very old, and not cleaned. When returning the car, there were notes on the rental form about existing scratches, but they still claimed I caused them!
