If they had told me on the day of pickup that they didn't have the model I wanted, I would have just left. Why make a promise if you can't keep it? On the second day, their attitude was even worse.
No car exchange allowed, given a manual transmission which is very difficult to drive, and they wouldn't change it. Even offering money didn't work.
