“Pickup / Dropoff location NOT at airport”

It was not made clear that the pickup/dropoff location was not n the Airport property. Took me over 90min to get to the drop off location in traffic. Should allow customers to drop off at airport.

OK car rental are completely unorganized. There is no signage to show how to get from the Airport to the depot. If anything went wrong with the car I think it could have been catastrophic as they can't deal with anything outside the norm.

I ordered a Cabrio and paid for a Cabrio but got an open roof instead of a cabrio. All cabrio's where rented out. In the beginning they said that this was a cabrio but I'm not stupid... It's a pity they did not resolve this immediately.

plus d 1h30 pour récupérer la voiture.....malgré mes appels téléphoniques en Espagne qui m ont coûté plus de 10euros....véhicule donné au départ sans essence...le personnel s est rattrapé et m a donné un véhicule neuf haut de gamme
