Other rental companies have staff to greet customers in the international arrivals hall, but Nissan did not. The rental company staff did not pre-record the car's scratches on the form; they only noted them when the customer pointed them out. It was raining when we picked up the car, and the vehicle was parked outdoors, which made it difficult to inspect the body.
I returned the car 10 minutes late at night. There were staff at the counter, but they said I couldn’t return it there and had to go to the 24-hour headquarters. The attitude was very bad, and it took a long time to find the so-called 24-hour headquarters.
The car was in good but the car navigation system was not working. I needed to use google map to lead my way in my whole trip. I have raised a complaint to the Nissan staff when I returned the car and requested them to fix the problem before giving the car to the next driver. Overall, the Nissan staff and the car were good and I had a good rental experience apart from the car navigation system.
