Very satisfied. Since they didn't have the model I reserved when I picked up the car, they upgraded me to a 4-door Volkswagen for free. I don't remember the exact model, but it was a new car with only a few thousand kilometers on it. The car was very clean inside and out.
The entire process was very smooth. The car was new and clean, and returning it was extremely convenient, located right by the parking building next to the airport. Since it was fully insured, I simply left the car and walked away without any complicated procedures. After returning, there were no surprise charges like traffic violations.
Overall satisfied, but slightly disappointed not to get the reserved car model. The sedan was replaced with an SUV. The throttle lag of the MG is much greater compared to Toyota, very hard to get used to. It started slowly while making a U-turn at an intersection, almost blocking the car behind… I hope I won't encounter an MG model next time.
Service was professional. It was my first time renting a car abroad, so I was quite nervous and had some communication issues, but it was easier than I thought.
