Picking up the car was very convenient as it was right at the airport. When returning the car, there's no gas station nearby, so the charge of 500 Baht for one bar of fuel was very reasonable, unlike the extra fuel charges in our country. The vehicle wasn't very new, but it was sufficient for self-driving.
After finishing the car rental paperwork, no one guided me to pick up the car. They just gave verbal directions which were hard to follow. I had to ask several people before finding it. The pickup location was a temporary stop without any specific signage, making it difficult to locate. I was not satisfied with this. Clearly, there were two staff members available; why couldn't they take a few minutes to guide the customers?
Bad review, bad review. I returned the car early because my flight was canceled due to the pandemic. I had my friend call the office to communicate, but they spoke rudely to my friend. I didn't want to return the car early either. Very dissatisfied with this company.
