The staff at the store don't speak English, which made communication quite difficult. The pick-up and drop-off process took a long time and was inefficient, but the car was in good condition, and there was no upselling.
The rental company knew the tire was punctured when we picked up the car, but told us to just inflate it instead of replacing it with a spare. As a result, we had to stop and inflate the tire every few kilometers. Eventually, we had to find a place to replace the tire, which incurred additional costs.
The stuff very helpful and nice, good cars but the pickup outside the terminal maybe 2 min and they start to clean my car after i have arrived and let me wait 15 to 20 min , but definitely gonna choose them again.

Garenta cars are at some parking lot maybe 2 min away outside of the terminal which is not what EasyRentCars said “pickup-dropoff in terminal”
