Instead of a Toyota Aygo X, a Fiat Panda was provided for rent, which is a completely different car. The Fiat Panda (hybrid) had low mileage but the whole body (especially the roof) was damaged. The windscreen washer tank was empty. I asked at the counter for a change of car and was ready to pay extra, but it was ultimately refused. The reason given was that there were no other cars available for hire. An employee of the rental company told me in a harsh manner that the only alternative for me was to cancel the rental and contact Customer Support. I was forced to accept a Fiat Panda, whose only advantage was its relatively low fuel consumption.

The attitude was okay when renting the car, but they kept trying to sell you various additional services. Returning the car was a nightmare. They would find ways to charge you with all sorts of fees. Disgusting! The key issue is, can you return the car in exactly the same condition you took it? They gave us a junk car but expected us to return a new one! They maliciously charged us over 300 euros!
The staff were friendly, but the car rental agency was terrible. I won't use this company again! They only had one car, and it wasn't the model I rented.
I was lured by the low price, but they found three scratches and dents smaller than a fingernail when I returned the car. Later, I discovered my credit card was charged 315 euros. It's a rip-off! I've seen similar complaints in the review section.
Easy pick-up. I called the number provided for the Airport to pick up and 5 min later the shuttle showed up. Easy check-in at the RentSmart24 counter and very friendly staff. Great car.
