They handed over the car without checking it and didn't inspect it upon return either. Later claimed there were issues with the glass and tires, then charged over 400 USD without negotiation. Unbelievable.
Picking up the car at the Gold Coast, be aware that the staff added additional insurance without notice and charged in USD, exceeding over 1000. When I asked customer service, they said they were communicating. They deducted money from my credit card without needing a password. I really don't know what's going on. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
