The company forgot to inform me that they are completely closed on Sundays, so you need to be careful when returning the car. For third-party bookings like from Zuzuche, you can only pick up the car at the scheduled time, at most half an hour in advance.
We booked an Opel automatic, but they gave us a Renault manual because they ran out of the car we ordered. The rental price difference is significant, and they should have refunded the difference, but they didn't. Very dissatisfied with this rental.
This was my first international car rental experience and overall, I am very satisfied! However, there was one minor inconvenience: When the staff handed over the car, it was quite 'quick'. They gave me the keys and left immediately. When I noticed the car only had half a tank of fuel, I had to go back down to the office (the rental cars were parked on the third floor rooftop, while the office was on the ground floor).
We originally booked an MPV but were given an SUV instead, which they called a free upgrade. Thankfully, we noticed this because we were almost charged over 100 euros extra. It felt like they were trying to see if we wouldn't notice and charge us more. They told us there were no MPVs available, but once we completed our paperwork and started loading our luggage, we saw three European customers renting MPVs.
