This company is not good. If you book a car through Zuzuche, buying full insurance at pickup will be one-third more expensive than booking directly with the car company. They don't allow you to use your own toll tag and instead make you use theirs, which comes with a high management fee.
The service was very warm and attentive. The car was in good condition. After finding out that we had already purchased full insurance through QEEQ, they didn't try to sell us any more insurance, just informed us that the insurance we bought had nothing to do with their company. Great value for money, highly recommended.
This company's cars are all white and generally in good condition. The staff's service is acceptable. There aren't many locations, and it's a bit far from the airport, but there's a free shuttle, which makes it convenient.
This company in Gold Coast is quite good. The pick-up and drop-off services are convenient and quick. Highly recommended.
