Great service. I initially planned to pick up the car earlier. The customer service contacted the rental company on my behalf, and they agreed. However, due to Bangkok's traffic, I arrived 30 minutes later than expected, almost at closing time. The staff were still very welcoming and waited for me.
The staff were very nice. When returning the car, I mistakenly went to the adjacent gas station and didn't refuel. I drove directly to the office intending to return the car without a full tank. The staff member there said it was too expensive and guided me to another nearby gas station.
The service attitude of the Thai staff is impeccable. They helped drive the car to a nearby exit and answered any questions I had. They also promptly cooperated when I asked for a second confirmation of the vehicle's scratches.
