Excellent. The staff were very friendly and chatted with me while handling the paperwork, making the whole process very pleasant. Although I didn't get the Fiat 500 I wanted, they gave me a new Toyota Aygo that had only run 1000 km.
The car was great.
The staff was inefficient. They didn't accompany us for the car inspection, but after we found some damage, they upgraded our car for free.
We were also forced to buy a full tank of gas. However, after returning the car with a full tank, they refunded the full amount, and even refunded a bit more by mistake.
Record Go is the worst car rental company I've ever encountered. The service attitude is extremely poor, and they discriminate against Chinese customers! When renting a car, they refused to accept our international driving permit and insisted on us providing a Chinese driving license. We never carry our Chinese driving license abroad; we always bring an internationally notarized and translated driving permit. Other companies accepted it, but they didn't. Because we didn't buy their insurance, they intentionally removed the tow hook cover in the front of the car and claimed we damaged it to make us pay for it. The staff was extremely rude and had no smile or courtesy!
