I rented a fuel-powered car, but when I arrived at the rental agency, they provided a small Renault Zoe electric car with a range of 300 kilometers. They explained that reservations can only specify the car model, not the fuel type. During our five-day road trip driving 300 kilometers daily, we spent 1-2 hours each day charging the car. I will never book with Eurocar again.
They have charged my credit card three additional times since I completed the rental and I have not seen an invoice.
I would have prefered if I pay for any tolls or extra charges at the counter at the end of the rental and be done with it.
The car itself was great, and the ticket counter fast.
We had to pay an extra 40 euros to the agency to get the car after 18H. At no time when booking on the internet, there was talk of a surcharge to pay for this option. Please notify your customer for this service.
