Pretty good. Bought full insurance at the store, which gives peace of mind. Originally rented a Peugeot 208, but actually received a BMW 4 Series. The driving experience was great.
I originally booked a manual transmission car, but was upgraded to an automatic at pickup. The car was in great condition, a new car with only 20,000 kilometers, and even had adaptive cruise control.
I waited for two and a half hours and couldn't pick up the car. In the end, I had to cancel the rental, but they still charged me for a day's rental. Their attitude was very poor.
We originally booked an MPV but were given an SUV instead, which they called a free upgrade. Thankfully, we noticed this because we were almost charged over 100 euros extra. It felt like they were trying to see if we wouldn't notice and charge us more. They told us there were no MPVs available, but once we completed our paperwork and started loading our luggage, we saw three European customers renting MPVs.
