Amazing car, had done 30000 KM's, had all new features like paddle shift, immobilizer, spacious luggage space for four pax. Communication could have been better as counter staff find it difficult to interact in English.
Very Bad experience with the staff in charge of the car checking process as well as during the collect and pick up. No care about the customers, no professional behaviour when we ask information or have a claim. I had better experiences with their staff in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Apparently their standards are not the same in all agences.
