We were two families who booked a Ford Focus but were given a 2-door Fiesta after waiting for a short while. We couldn't fit our luggage except on the front seats, and the other family had to wait for two hours to get their car. Meanwhile, two locals got their cars immediately upon arrival, clearly discriminating against Chinese customers. We will never book with this company again.
There was no sign or indication of Alamo at the location, it was under another company name. The phone number provided was a fax number, and no one answered. We spent over forty minutes driving around in a taxi asking people nearby, but no one knew about this company. Finally, another car rental company told us that this company operates under a different name locally. Not sure if it’s an issue with the rental website or the car rental company. Overall, it caused a delay and we spent a lot on taxi fares.
