Lamentablemente, el coche que me proporcionaron no correspondió con el que había reservado en el sitio. Estaba en un viaje en pareja y me dieron un vehículo para 7 personas, que parecía más una "bañera sobre ruedas" que un coche cómodo. Además, el coche estaba bastante sucio por dentro, con restos de paquetes de preservativos y residuos de hierbas en el panel central.
Espero que esta situación pueda ser revisada para que futuros clientes no enfrenten los mismos problemas. Agradezco su atención y espero que puedan mejorar este aspecto del servicio.

Simple and efficient, surprisingly easy and convenient. The car was parked just 30 meters outside the airport terminal. The entire airport is small, making everything convenient.
Europcar staff were very friendly and very efficient. They also upgraded us with no extra cost.
