I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent car rental experience and to formally request a refund.
I felt misled because the rental fee was automatically charged to my credit card (attachment TA_PdfFileTitle_20240929_124323) , yet upon arrival, the staff member insisted that I pay an additional fee of €211 (attachment Potwierdzenie transakcji 20240929_124357). While I appreciate the service and assistance provided during my rental, I cannot recommend your company due to this unexpected charge, which has left me feeling cheated.
I kindly ask for a refund of the €211 charge and look forward to your prompt response.

Few things that I did not like:
- The place does not accept a Venezuelan license despite the license being international
- The person that we spoke to did not speak any English but only Italian which made the conversation painful
- The staff did not explain to us how tolls work in Italy so we paid a ticket because we did not know how they work
