We cannot issue receipts or invoices with VAT numbers for customers. If you need an invoice with a company name or company tax number for reimbursement, we can assist you in applying to the finance department to issue a receipt with the customer's company name. You can submit this operation directly at the "receipt" on your order page, or you can provide us with your salary information.

It's okay, but extending the rental is too expensive! The insurance is overly pricey, even more expensive than the car rental itself! Renting for a longer period ends up costing more.
The same company, in Mexico City there were no cars available, so they gave us a manual Nissan. If we wanted to upgrade to an SUV, it would cost extra. In Cancun, there were no cars either, but they gave us a Tiguan directly—top-notch experience!
Car was in good condition and service was friendly. BUT. We forgot a bag under the passenger seat with something very valuable and after we let the car rental company know and met them again to inspect the car it was gone. Pretty sure someone from the service / cleaning took the bag. Manager was very helpful and understanding tho.
