This company initially tried to deceive us. We booked a large 4WD vehicle (Toyota RAV4), but they brought out a compact car (Suzuki Swift) claiming it was the only option. Fortunately, we speak English and are familiar with car brands. I was very upset and said I would file a complaint, so they finally changed the car for us and kept asking us not to post about it online. Additionally, we booked a Toyota RAV4, but the company actually never had this model and falsely advertised it online, tricking us into making the reservation. I strongly advise anyone not familiar with car models to avoid booking with this company, otherwise, you might get scammed without even realizing it!
I booked 2 bookings by mistake, I thought 1 was cancelled but it had been put under my husbands email.
I am awaiting to see if I get the refund back. The hire car comp many said they would refund it if QEEQ agreed. No update yet
