The day we picked up the car, we noticed a nail in the tire. After driving for a short distance, we returned to replace the vehicle, but there were no cars available. The next morning, we went back to exchange the car again, and Thrifty's excellent service ensured they checked the mileage and immediately provided us with a replacement. As for the tire issue, they informed us to file an insurance claim ourselves.
Pretty good! Booked for three days, but due to changes in schedule, returned the car after two days. Got a free upgrade to an SUV, which had plenty of space.
