When I spoke in Chinese to my companion to ask the Asian for help, he immediately replied in English to wait a moment and then pretended to check some documents. If he wasn't Chinese, how did he understand my Chinese and respond in English? It seemed like he didn't want to serve Chinese customers, very disappointing. The German staff member explained the contract very quickly. When I said I didn't understand and needed a translator, he got impatient when the translator device couldn't connect online, saying, 'Aren't you supposed to know English?' After explaining once more, he told me to sign with a clear expression of not wanting to repeat himself.
