When picking up the car, it took an extra two hours due to rental deposit policies. The requirement for two credit cards was not communicated in advance, causing a two-hour delay. When returning the car at the airport, the rental start time remained as the original reservation time, which was two hours earlier than the actual pickup time, resulting in additional overtime charges.
In Zurich, Switzerland, I booked a Golf online, but when I got to the store they told me it wasn't available, so they gave me a Ford instead. The two cars are about the same class, so it's okay. Communication with the staff was fine. I added a GPS for an extra charge, which was a bit annoying. The online rental price was over 500 RMB for three days, but the card pre-authorization showed an amount of 2637.30 RMB. Even with the GPS, it shouldn't be that much (3 days * 600 = 1800 RMB, is the GPS cost over 800 RMB for 3 days?). I have to wait until I return to check the actual charge. Later, I had to change the drop-off location, and when I called, the staff agreed very readily without any extra charge.
