I booked a Golf, but they switched it to a Renault SUV at the store. The car was in great condition, with just over 30,000 kilometers driven. Picking up and returning the car was convenient, and the service was decent.
After the car accident, both the car rental platform and the rental company shirked responsibility. I had no choice but to passively accept and bear the additional costs during the rental period. Both parties provided completely contradictory feedback, which is unacceptable. It has been two months, and the issue still hasn't been resolved.
The full size wagon I booked online was not available at the time of the pick-up and I was given a full-size car; it was tight for a family of five with luggages. Also, I was not given a fare adjustment for the downgrade.
Other than that the booking, pick-up and drop-off experience was excellent.
