This was the most disappointing car rental experience. The store did not thoroughly inspect the vehicle before pickup, and upon return claimed there were extra scratches on the car. I drove very carefully the entire time with no incidents. The staff at the Frankfurt branch had a very poor attitude.
The car was very new and clean, with only about 1900 kilometers on it. Although I had booked an Opel station wagon, they gave me a Hyundai instead. Be very careful at intersections; it's easy to take a wrong turn. Because my flight was delayed, I called in advance to explain the situation, which was fine. When I arrived at the rental point and mentioned my name, they immediately knew who I was, like they were saying, 'We've been waiting for you, you're finally here!' It felt nice.
1. The company has always been shady with bad service. 2. I rented twice and every time they overcharged me. This time was no different. After arguing at the counter, they immediately deducted 45 Euros. Very unreliable.
