Waited 45 minutes at the airport before they sent someone to pick me up! Since I used a MasterCard debit card, the rental company charged an additional $80, which felt like a scam. The car I received had many scratches, was in poor condition to drive, and the low beams were almost broken, forcing me to use high beams at night. Overall, it was a bad experience. I recommend avoiding this company if possible—they are slow with pick-up and don't answer calls.
The airport shuttle for pick-up and drop-off takes too long, the pick-up procedure is tedious and slow, and the car is in poor condition. After an accident involving a scrape, the repair fees they demanded were five to ten times higher than normal prices in China. The car I rented had a pipe hanging from the undercarriage, which would cost no more than 1,000 RMB to fix in China, but they charged me $800. Meanwhile, another customer from Hong Kong was charged $3,500 for a scrape, which would cost no more than 2,000 RMB in China! While making money through insurance is understandable, this is beyond reasonable.
After taking the payment, I repeatedly asked for receipts but they wouldn't provide them. The issue was only resolved after the Zuzuche platform got involved. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Zuzuche.
