This is my second time renting from this company. The first time was in Toronto, where they had a service counter at the airport, making both pickup and drop-off very easy.
This time, I upgraded the vehicle at the counter to an SUV, which came with a very useful GPS.
We booked a Jeep, but only a small car was available at the site. It wasn't enough space for 3 people and 3 large pieces of luggage, so we had to pay nearly 2000 extra to switch to a standard SUV.
Alamo is on par with Enterprise, Hertz, and other companies with excellent service! The car was in good condition (new car), and the pick-up and return process was convenient.
