The domestic car rental store was closed! I had to go to the international terminal to pick up the car! It was so frustrating not knowing how to get there late at night as a girl.
Pretty good, there are many options available for the same class of vehicles. We spent an extra 20 CAD per day to upgrade to an SUV, and ended up with a 7-seater Paladin, which was too big.
The service is very patient, but it's all in English. Luckily, I had a friend there to pick me up, which solved everything smoothly. If you don't speak English, it could be troublesome.
