The attitude was generally okay. They did try to sell insurance, and when I declined, their demeanor changed immediately, but the service is still better than many places in China. They don't insist you read the contract, so remember to check the fees yourself before signing.
The service attitude was very good. However, the price of the reserved safety seat and the second driver's fee were three times higher than what was requested at the time of pickup. When changing the car at Sabiha Gokcen Airport, the staff couldn't speak English, and there was no formal return receipt. I had to struggle to get a handwritten note in the local language. This was still with Avis.
Due to the young driver fee, the official website of Zuzuche said it wouldn't charge me, but on-site I was required to pay the fee, which delayed me for at least 2 hours.
