I am very satisfied with the overall service. Always check reviews before going out; they can be very helpful. Customer service responds quickly and is very patient, which made me feel supported while traveling. I really want to thank the customer service representatives I spoke to over the phone. Great job!
When I arrived at the T1 store, there were no cars available. They said they didn't know how long I'd have to wait because they didn't have drivers to bring the cars from the parking lot. Then they told me to take a bus to the T2 store to pick up the car.
Counter at terminal 1 was not crowded during this time of the year and easy to find
The car was new VW TAIGO Medium SUV as expected.
The staff at the counter was nice paper less.
