When returning the car, their staff insisted that we had smoked inside the vehicle. I explained that we hadn't, and it was just some dust. However, their staff firmly accused us and said we would be fined 5000 THB. They even mentioned that I could disagree, but they would directly deduct the deposit from my credit card. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. It felt like a scam. I strongly advise fellow travelers to avoid renting from this company to prevent falling victim to such practices.
The overall service from this company is extremely poor, and all the staff have a bad attitude. The car I rented was very old, with over 140,000 kilometers on the odometer. The interior was very noisy, and the braking system had issues.
