Very dissatisfied. I rented a car for a month and there was a free ferry service that they didn't mention. I found out later and told the rental company they should inform customers in advance. What kind of nonsense is this? No one would know unless you say something. It's all just a play on words. Ridiculous. The car rental platform also played the blame game and sent many emails that were a waste of time and did nothing useful. Extremely disappointing! As a platform, if you can't secure benefits for your customers, you should cover those costs instead of ignoring the issue!
The wait time for picking up the car was quite long, and upon arrival, I was informed that the reserved car was unavailable. After some coordination, I finally got the reserved car.
The pick up area was not located directly at the airport. We had to walk for a good 5-10 minutes with my dad (who is an elderly person), then wait more than 15mins for a shuttle to drop us at the APEX site where we had to queue for 20mins before talking to a very slow and not competent person (for another 20mins before we could get the vehicle)
