I clearly bought full insurance on Zuzuche, but when the windshield was chipped by a stone, they asked for over 3000 NZD in compensation at the time of return, saying I should claim it back through insurance later. The process and paperwork are handled by the rental company, so why should consumers have to pay upfront?
The service was excellent. They provided a detailed introduction to the car's condition and recommended reasonable additional insurance. The process of borrowing and returning the car was also very quick. We were able to pick up the car immediately upon arrival without any delay. Overall, it was a very good car rental experience.
There was no need to wait in line at all. The staff were very enthusiastic, and there was no hard sell throughout the process. Unlike other companies, there was no need to freeze a credit card.
