About PROCAR RENTAL:5.0/10
But the right rear tire sensor was found malfunctiin and spare tire was bursted was not awared. Flattened tire in 2 times and required towing and replacement of one new tire. Fortunately, after negotiation with Procar , they agreed to took full responsibility, and return ine day rental fee.
The car rental service was acceptable, but freezing 3000 euros on my credit card as a deposit which takes a month to be refunded was not mentioned by QEEQ.
The pickup location is near Keflavik Airport, with staff providing shuttle service, ensuring no delays in your trip. The staff is very friendly and solves problems enthusiastically. The car is clean and safe.
