Like: Great car, fast service Dislike: The shuttle driver at the return was going to leave even for his route even though he saw us. I had to convince him that I was ready to go (inspection done and all). Too bad that one person with lack of customer service was the last thing I remembered from this car rental.
Like: Car was great, 2018 low mileage with built in GPS. Returning the vehicle super fast and easy including personal shuttle back to the Montreal Airport. Dislike: Waiting for the shuttle bus when we arrived at the airport. Waited almost an hour, as the first one was full and then waiting in line to rent our car.
Like: the driver for pick up and back to the airport I give him a ten plus
