Should be more generous if the car is returned later. I wrote the flight arrives 12.30 hs, the booking was made 12 hs, which is not possible to pick up a car, when the flight arrives 12.30 hs. Then all the extra hours were charged. Many other companies do not charge up to 3 extra hours!

My deposit on the credit card is still an open booking. Should be cancelled.

Excellent service

Everything was fine with the exception of the windshield wiper that was worn on the driver side, and the washer fluid...it was empty. The device charger in the vehicle was a nice surprise. I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. 1 month is too long!

Good car and clean. But it’s better if you give a phone handle in the car. Easy for navigating

Dislike: deposit by credit card refund within a month time. The car is scratched and dent everywhere.
