The car really did exceeded my expectations. The counter staff told me that it would be squeezy for 4 but it was quite spacious. The boot could also fit more than 1 large luggage and 3 small ones. The car was very smooth to drive so it’s very comfortable.
Overall, it was okay. Returning the car was simple. The branch is open until 10:00 PM and the last shuttle to the airport is at 9:30 PM. The pickup experience was not great, and the car's condition was just average. Compared with similar price ranges, the condition of cars in Australia and New Zealand is generally not as good as in North America.
The staff were very enthusiastic, proactively providing maps and other information about Melbourne. They also eagerly promoted full insurance. Considering that I haven't driven a right-hand drive car for two years and the traffic situation in Melbourne is quite complex, I purchased the full insurance. The vehicle was a new car with 15,000 kilometers, and it had great power.
Was lucky enough to be given a brand new car with only 500km's on the clock so it was a dream to drive, was super clean and smelt good.
The courtesy bus was the best I've been in from a budget company. Only downside was waiting at the airport, for a slightly extended period, for passengers they had on the list even though they had a continual rotation of 2 buses.
Our family was there 1 hour early to pick the car. But we were told to wait till the time then we can collect our car. After all, everything thing is smooth.
