No, I didn’t get the car I chose. I had ordered Skoda Octavia but it seems the supplier doesn’t have any. Vehicle I received was smaller and was available for a lesser price when I made the bookings. I paid higher for the car I chose.
I booked a car, and after waiting for 3 hours at the pick up location (Edinburgh airport) I gave up and cancelled. There were 100 people waiting with two people on point (8 open desks!). Surely you knew what was going to happen??? What a shambles!
Not the same car booked, but a different alternate. In the same range. Car was quite okay with our expectations but since an hybrid vehicles, was in need of bettery service / maintenance and that was the only message promoting on display periodically. Otherwise, all fine.
