I told the staff that I had already purchased insurance in China, but they acted like they didn't know and only acknowledged it after I called the rental company’s customer service. They then said it was just a recommendation.
The car was new and in good condition, returning the car was convenient, the price was reasonable, and there was mutual trust between the customer and the company.
The vehicle we received was spacious and overall pretty clean.
There was some minor damage that wasn’t on the report and before we left we had to report it and get the record amended.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.

I returned the car and when I received the returns statement Europcar stated that the luggage cover was missing. However, the car is never came with a luggage cover. Not happy at all.

Good customer service and smooth booking. I contacted online chat to discuss the false claim of not returning the car with the luggage cover. Customer service assistant was very helpful and will contact Europcar to ask for the final invoice.
