I have booked a sedan car but got the hatchback only. The car was not cleaned and had half tank fuel. The counter had 2 staffs but one was sitting idle and so the waiting time was more than 30minutes
Like: Cheap rental and we got upgraded, easy pick up and return Dislike: There were some issues with the deposit and the eftpos machine breaking down but all solved fine
Like: Good comfortable car and reasonably priced to hire. Pick up and drop off locations were convenient and the process was easy. The shuttle to the airport was appreciated. Dislike: Car wasn’t cleaned properly. We found random chips and mentos throughout the car.
