booked GLA180, got a C200, which is a bit small for my size. Overall experience is pretty good, counter is easy to find and i didnt need to wait for long time to pick up the car. pick up and drop off is self service, could be a bit tricky for newbies.

Thrifty staff were very friendly and efficient in processing my rental. Car was nice and clean and met my expectations.

Booking platform was nice and easy to use. Easy Cars were very good and friendly. They kept you informed all the way with the occasional reminder eg. about purchasing insurance. I had the comfort that they had the price protector though it didn't work for me. Free cancellation and price protector were very important for me and Easy Cars provided that. Easy Cars just lives up to it's name of Easy Car Rental!! Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again

“The worst rent car company that unfortunately I used”

It's the worst experience I have when renting a car. I will never rent a car in this company again. I guess when I book a car in a serious company, they will respect all the conditions when I booked it, but this "serious company" charged me extra charges (100 AUD) when I picked up the car simply because I picked up the car at the airport and they gave silly justifications about that. However, how I paid a part of the amount when I booked the car because they did not give me another option, I could not cancel the car because I was going to lose that payment. It is not the first time that I booked a car at the airport and other companies never charged me ghost rates, but unfortunately it was the first time I used Thrifty. I will never use this fucking company again.

“I didn't get the car I booked and paid for.”

Thrifty tried to give me a larger car to compensate but there was no way I wanted to drive a larger car in Melbourne - a place I didn't know. I booked the Ford Focus Cabrio as a special treat for my daughter and the Kia Rio wasn't the same. The other car offered was a Suzuki Swift.
