Quite pricey for just a basic car, but I guess that's how things go over the Xmas season! Overall, the service was great though. The car was nearly brand new and ran well - exactly what I needed.

Just too disappointed with the snow mountain insurance coverage. We are forced to pay 6 days coverage instead of 1 day. It would be more fair to charge 3 days instead of 6 days charges!!

Après un appel téléphonique, toujours pas de facture alors que des frais de 80 dollars ont été retirés. Après appel, ces frais sont dus à une restitution tardive lié à une tempête sur kangaroo island. Nous avons prévenu et on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de souci , qu'is avaient l'habitude de ce type de situation. En finalité j'apprends en regardant mon compte qu'une journée supplémentaire a été facturée....

Was a smooth pick up and drop off so easy! The car was clean, comfortable and great to drive, I had to call roadside support after a stone got stuck in the brakes and they were with me within an hour - great customer service
