I returned the car on May 28 and as of today, August 13, the deposit still hasn't been refunded. Every time I complain to the rental company, they tell me to wait and they can't contact the car dealership. Terrible rental company, terrible service!
The service was terrible. They didn't provide the car we booked, giving us a lower grade vehicle instead. The drop-off location in Antalya was in a remote residential area you wouldn't believe... The car had a small scratch, and they charged us 700 lira for repair because we didn't report it to the police (it would have just needed some polishing back home). After arguing, they reduced it to 350 lira (repair cost seemed arbitrary). Later, in Goreme, the rental company there clearly stated that small accidents didn't need to be reported and were covered by insurance. Can we give this company a negative rating!
